Donate your old Halloween costumes

If you have gently used costumes that you would like to donate to our school, we would gladly accept them for our “COSTUME CLOSET”. Mrs. Wyble maintains a box of costumes to help out students who arrive to school for the Halloween Parade without one.

EXCEL Big Event - Nov. 18

To fund grants throughout the Coeur d'Alene School District, the EXCEL foundation holds a BIG EVENT dinner and silent/live auction where they showcase last year’s grant recipients and award this year’s grantees. This year’s Big Event is on Friday, November 18, 2011 at the Coeur d’Alene Inn. It is EXCEL’s Silver Anniversary and the millionth dollar in grant monies should be awarded. The EXCEL Board of directors invite you to attend and honor the teachers who work to achieve a more challenging and rewarding learning environment for their students. You can purchase tickets on line at www.excelfoundation.org or by calling Magnuson McHugh at 765-9500.

This year, Bryan is receiving approximately $3000 for the following grants:  Mrs. Buzolich's "Bringing U.S. Geography Inside," Mrs. Whiteside's "You Can Read It!" and Mrs. Deremiah's "Puzzling World."  Please consider attending in order to help EXCEL continue to support exciting projects like these.
